FAQ

Shipping/Self Pick Up:

  1. How long will the shipping take? Usually 2-4 Days if it doesn't require any customizations.
  2. What is the address for pick-up? We have 2 addresses, will be given when you received the e-mail when your item is done. Or you may WhatsApp us prior the collection. (Both addresses at Sengkang).

Customizations:

  1. How long does the customization takes? Ranging from 2-7 days depending on the quantity ordered.
  2. How long before do i need to pre-order for a large event? Best 1-2 months before the date you need the items. Bulk discount will be applicable too.
  3. Please provide us with a clear picture that you want us to print & indicate if it is just the head or a full length picture for the phone charm or the bag pins. Do take note the quality of the picture will reflect on the printing. thank you,

Return/Refund/Exchange:

  • Strictly NO Refunds are allowed with no valid reasons.
  • Return is required within 7 days from items being delivered if Refund/Exchange is needed (Damaged items).
  • We are able to do an Exchange only if the item is not customized with names or initials on it, do contact us 7 days from items being delivered.
